Central Park At Mill Creek
Located on between 21st and 19th Streets, just east of R Street, Central Park at Mill Creek was redesigned and renovated in 2009 as part of the redevelopment of downtown. The renovation included three million pounds of boulders from the Kern River; turn-of-the-century theme fixtures; pedestrian covered bridge; and stamp concrete walkways. The park is a Bright House Networks Wireless Hot Spot.
