CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made up to a week prior to the reservation will result in a refund minus the cancellation fee of $25.00.

Changes made to the reservation such as date, time, package type, etc. made less than seven business days from booking will result in an additional $10.00 processing fee.

IMPORTANT:

No outside food is allowed.
No silly string or confetti is allowed.

A $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the party room and or it's components are damaged.

The Bakersfield Ice Sports Center reserves the right to charge the party named above for damages and/or theft to the named room above during the previously stated renter's party room time.

There are NO REFUNDS for guests that do not show up to the party.
