All surplus/found or seized property from the property room, eligible for sale to the public will be sold to the highest bidder via the internet on the www.propertyroom.com auction website.
Property eligible for sale to the public includes property seized for safekeeping which has been uncollected after 60 days, found property which has gone unclaimed after 90 days, and seized evidence that remains unclaimed after the court case has been adjudicated and efforts to return the property to the rightful owner have been exhausted.
