The E-Reporting form is for use in situations in which no suspect information is present and no one is injured.

Examples:

• Your car was parked unattended and an unknown driver/vehicle hit your car and did not leave a note.
• A vehicle hit your car and then fled without stopping to exchange information or before you could get a license plate.

If you have sustained any type of injury, please contact 9-1-1 and do not use E-Reporting.
