Pre Academy Law Enforcement Classes
The Bakersfield Police Department in conjunction with Bakersfield College are presenting a Pre Academy Law Enforcement Class.
Topics include Professionalism and Ethics, Introduction to Criminal Law, Interview Skills, Report Writing and Scenarios, Physical Conditioning, and the Job Application Process.
Instructors are Officer's from the Bakersfield Police Department who provide you with knowledge and insight into a future in law enforcement.
The class consists of topics such as Leadership, Professionalism, and Ethics. Introduction to Criminal Law, Basic Interview Skills, Report Writing, Scenarios, the Job Application Process, and Physical Training. Instructors are comprised of Bakersfield Police Officers. The course is designed to prepare the student for successful entrance into a POST Basic Academy, and to pass a POST Basic Test Battery, or entry level testing for a career in law enforcement.
