Public Education Division

The Bakersfield FIRE Department's Public Education Division
reaches out to the community in various forums to educate the public with regard
to fire safety and other safety issues. Presentations are made throughout the
community on a variety of safety issues including: home and workplace fire safety,
earthquake preparedness, proper use of fire extinguishers, and traffic and bicycle
safety.

Station Tour
Tours are available on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and are approximately 45 minutes to one hour in length.
