BFD - Risk Managment Plan
The Risk Management Plan (RMP) is a summary document identifying all the California Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) Program information required of certain businesses in California. Businesses become subject to the CalARP program by handling a regulated substance at or above a certain threshold quantity for each substance.
