Frank Munzer House

1701"F" Street

Constructed around 1930 for Frank G. Munzer who at the time was Office Superintendent for the Kern County Land Company (since 1895).  He was also a partner in the Breckenridge Lumber Company with mills on Mt. Breckenridge.  This house is probably the finest example of early Craftsman architecture in the city.
