Public Hearing Notices - Planning Department Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers City Hall, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA. If the agenda warrants it, there is a pre-meeting held on Monday prior to the Thursday meeting at 12:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers (Note: This is for staff presentation only and no public comments are taken). Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers City Hall, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA. If a public hearing is necessary, meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month at 4:00 p.m. in the Development Service Conference Room (1st Floor) located at 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA.
