• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a registered voter in the WARD in which you seek at the time nomination papers are obtained.
• Not on parole for the conviction of a felony.

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a registered voter in the City of Bakersfield at the time nomination papers are obtained.
• Not on parole for the conviction of a felony.
